According to customer needs, we provide value-added parts by performing post-casting processes such as turning, machining, milling, assembly, heat treatment, and coating. Our group consists of an export company (An Dış Ticaret) and two foundries specializing in cast iron and cast steel. Both of our foundries are ISO 9001 certified.
Our foundry equipment includes a medium-frequency induction furnace with a capacity of 500 kg per hour. In addition to manual molding, we also use the shell molding process for precision surfaces. The molds are produced using the shell molding process and a CO2 (amine gas) core machine. Our foundry specializes in hydraulic parts, valve components, machinery and tool parts, and wear-resistant steel castings.
